The aims and objects to be pursued by the Society are

To provide a professional forum for the exchange of information, education and training regarding all aspects of management of Pelvi and Acetabular Trauma

i.e. in-Hospital acute care and definitive care.

To hold periodic meetings for open presentation and discussion of scientific material concerning subjects of common interests.

To work in close cooperation with other groups/organizations involved in education, training and research in the field of pelvi-acetabular trauma throughout the world.

To undertake training of ED Physicians, Trauma Surgeons apart from orthopedic surgeons in this complex field of trauma.

To provide a platform for skill based training in the field of management of these injuries in form of monthly webinars, cadaveric training courses every six months and conference annually.

To initiate and Cooperate in publication of a journal and/ or Newsletter on the subject of Pelvic and Acetabular Trauma.

To develop a database (pelvi Trauma Registry) on a Delhi state basis which will immensely help the nation in the field of developing Trauma Care policies and programs and research.

To actively engage in and undertake other projects of scientific interest in the related field.

To enter into any arrangements with any Government(s) or authorities whether Central, State, municipal, local or any other person, that may seem conducive to the objects of the Society.
